New Performance Fabrics from Philomela

In partnership with Montana-based sustainable digital textile printing studio Western Sensibility, Philomela’s designs are now available on state-of-the-art performance textiles. Through the utilization of digital textile printing technology, this collaboration illustrates how the textile industry can decrease its carbon footprint while also increasing its creative capacity.

High Style. High Performance.

Western Sensibility thoughtfully created a collection of life-friendly performance textiles that stand up to the demands of modern life. (Pets, kids, and your favorite glass of wine included.) We believe the investment into your space should not compromise durability or aesthetics. That’s why this collection blends the best in textile technology and artisan constructions to create something truly unique.

Five Fabric Options

ALL Philomela patterns are available to be printed on ANY of these upholstery grade and drapery approved fabrics – Textured Flax, Velvet, Honeycomb, Two-tone Square Weave, and Crosshatch Slub.

This entire textile collection is engineered with stain and soil release finishes using the most sustainable C6 technology. This finishing technology keeps dirt and liquid from penetrating the fiber, increasing its lifespan and making it easy to clean. That means when you spill your cup of coffee or glass of wine on your Western Sensibility goods, no freak-out moment is necessary! Plus, you can do without the harsh cleaning chemicals — simply spray some water, dab it up, and you’re good to go.
